The ALKGZ-B series double-layer foftcapsule shaping and drying machine is a new-generation product developedindependenlty based on the international advanced technology and according tothe marke's demands. It is an ideal auxiliary machine used in soft capsuleproduction for shaping,drying and polishhing of soft capsules(gelatin pelletsand pills).The machine has three patents(patent No:ZL 2012 2 0539796.4 ZL 2011 2 0532733.1and ZL 2011 2 0532736.5).
The machine is vertical and intuitive inappearance and compact in structure. It features small space usage,short dryingtime,low energy consumption and high efficiency.It thoroughly solves theproblem of moisutre that exists indoor with a traditional drum.The air blowersupplies air in the oblique(horizontal)direction,which realizes inner secondaryair re-circulating. The air reaches everywhere inside and the productioncapacity is improved greatly. The 4 to 12 blocks can be connected arbitrarily.The drum material is SUS316 mesh.The flow-guiding systems in the drums are madeof UPE.
A SPECIAL HOPPER IS INSTALLED,TRANSPOTINGCAPSULES FROM THE LAST DRUM ON THE TOP TO LOWER DRUMS. This doubles the workingefficiency with the same number of drums,saves half of space usage forcustomers by making full use of the space,saves the investments forconstruction,purification,refrigeration and dehumidification,and meanwhilereduces energy consumption.The drums have dehumididication ports,with thematerial inlet port on the top and material outlet port on the bottom.The wholedrying procedure is a recycling process.Moisture is discharged from the drumtop to indoor or outdoor and gelatin pellets are let out from the materialoutlet port.The drying time is stable,without inconsistent drying time betweenany two drums.
The machine is divided into threetypes:ordinary,frequency controlled and qutomatic.
