The ALKGZ-A series high-efficient softcapsule shaping and drying machine is a dedicated auxiliary machine used insoft capsule production for shaping and drying of soft capsules(gelatin pelletsand pills).
The machine adopts a special process,whichshortens the drying time.The efficiency improves by 2 to 3 times when comparedwith original dryers. It features high coefficient of performance,small spaceusage,low energy consumption,convenient debugging and reduced wastes of humanand material resources.
The machine ash two patents(patent No:ZL2011 2 0532733.1and ZL 2011 2 0532736.5),which are reflected in the newstructural technology.Each set of machine has 2 to 12 drums with flow-guidingblocks(determined by the actual soft capeule production process).The air bloweris elaborately designed through a special process and the latsttechnology,which makes full use of the air volume and dries gelatin pelletsquickly.The materials that gelatin pellest contact in the whole drying processare SUS316 and UHMW-PE.The UHMW-PE is 10 times the nylon in terms oflubrication. It avoids the damaes to brightness and lubrication in the wholedrying process. The transmission apparatus adopts a direct-connect design,whichavoids the pollution caused during chain transmission.
The machine is divided into three types:automatic,frequencycontrolled and ordinary.It supports an automatic frequency controlconvertor,with the rotation speed of 0 to 30 turns per minute.Each drumsupports the control of positive and negative rotation directions,setting ofoperation time,and setting of alarming time before materials are discharged.
