The ALKGT series temperature-controlinsulating barrel adopts a threee-layer structure,an electricaltempetature-control heater,a fast-opening cover and horizontal prssurizedgelatin supply.The 5000 series intelligent temperature controller andPT100temperature sensor are also available. There is a liquid thermometer onthe barrel top,used for sensing the temperature and water level physically. Theentire barrel is made of superior stainless steel.The entire barrel is made ofsuperior stainless steel.The barrel's inside and outside have luminous andsmooth surface,and it features good insulation,flexible movement and convenientcheaning.The electrical power is 220V(2kw)and the external dimensions are700mmx1300mm.The 200L integrated electrical control system together with thesafety apparatus(owned solely by our company)can effectively protect contactorsand temperature control gauges.
The electrical heating tubes are solelydesigned by our company and made of the SUS304 material.
