The exchanger provides an 80oC-100oC heaterfor the gelatin melting tank. The exchanger is divided into two types: coiledpipe steam heater(ALKQR) and electrical heater(ALKQR). The auxiliary devicesare complete, including liquid level meter, thermometer, pressure gauge, safetyvalve and electrical cabinet. The liquid level meter adopts the magneticfloat-type design and features high temperature resistance, freezingresistance, shock resistance and stress resistance when compared with ordinarypipe-type meters. The hot water exchanger is the first product that adopts themagnetic float-type liquid level meter in China.
a.Electrical heater: The heater has twolayers and adopts the SUS304 material. It supports heating based on electricaltemperature control. The heating water capacity is 2000kg per hour and theelectrical power is 200V(18KW). The wall-mounted electrical cabinet has threepairs of electrical heating tubes, with the external dimensions of700mmX2100mm.
b.Coiled pipe steam heater: The heateradopts the SUS304 material, with the external dimensions of 700mmX2100mm. Theheating water capacity is 2000kg per hour. The total turns of colied pipes are 10. The coiled pipediameter is 32mm.
